AppStore – Waiting for Review

Hello, I've been in the iOS App Review for 4 days, and I'm wondering what the experience is for others with it; 2 years ago, when I submitted a different one, it went through in less than 24 hours. Is this normal? Or might my app stay more in review for some other reason?
